About A Better Knot Ceremonies:
Welcome and congratulations. I am Reverend Timothy Hittle. I was ordained in 2004 as a minister of the Universal Life Church, a non-denominational church whose primary doctrine “do that which is right,” is a core belief of mine. I became licensed to solemnize marriage and performed my first wedding for friends who were not able to find a minister willing to perform their ceremony at a local park. I was very excited to give this couple such a personal gift.
Types of Ceremonies:
At A Better Knot Ceremonies you are assured my personal attention in developing the wedding or union ceremony that reflects your relationship. For some this might include writing a full ceremony. Others may want to write their own vows or their entire ceremony. Regardless, you will receive the attention you expect from a wedding professional, and I will perform the ceremony that will make your wedding or union the beautiful event you have always dreamed of.
Sometimes couples have a vision of how their wedding day, but aren’t sure about the flow of the ceremony itself. Below are some common types of services. With each is a brief description and a general flow of the ceremony. You can use these as a starting point for your service, and add on any additional pieces that are interesting to you.
Pricing:
At A Better Knot Ceremonies, I believe having the wedding or union ceremony of your dreams should include the opportunity to have discussions with your minister as frequently as you need in order to feel comfortable with the whole ceremony. All of our wedding services give you this opportunity. Below are descriptions of the different services available and their price.
Wedding and Union Ceremony Package: $275
- Initial consultation
- Follow up conversations to finalize details
- Unlimited telephone or e-mail access for questions
- And, of course, attendance during your wedding
Rehearsal: $50
Renewal of Vows: $200
Elopement (any location): $200
Baptism/Christening: $150
Blessing of your home: $100
Since my passion for officiating these services is based on providing individual attention to each couple, I do not schedule more than one wedding or union per day.Hours of work
